Meet the Owner-David Miller
DM Consulting Service exists to help trucking company owners stop driver turnover, build solid teams, and grow fleets that actually make money.
I started in 1998 as a driver, moved into operations, and eventually became the person owners called when they needed real growth and less chaos. Over roughly 15 years in leadership and management—including owning my own trucking business—I’ve helped trucking companies grow their fleets and teams while tightening up the day‑to‑day.
What sets this work apart is that it’s built from both sides of the windshield: the driver’s seat and the owner’s chair. The focus is simple:
